The Great Room includes an interior fireplace with plenty of comfortable seating, a custom mahogany dining table which seats 10 and also serves as a regulation ping pong table for after dinner fun, and a wonderful kitchen thoughtfully laid out with views to the southern barrier beach. The Great Room connects to an expansive sun porch, ideal for afternoon reading while taking in the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Off the porch to the east is the master bedroom with its own private bath, indoor and outdoor showers. This master also has its own deck with stunning views over the lawn to Madaket Harbor.

This rental includes the use of a 19′ Carolina Skiff and Hobie Cat, each perfect for boating/sailing in Madaket Harbor.
