Steamship Authority Ferry Offers Discount Fares to Nantucket Residents!
It is rumored that the Board of Directors of the Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority has approved plans to boost ridership on the Nantucket route by offering discounted fares on certain boats that are typically not full.
New Nantucket Super Saver Auto Rate:
10 spaces on certain under-utilized trips of the slow ferry will be available during the summer season at the fare of $99 and at $69 during the off season-these will typically be the last trip in each direction on Saturdays during the off-season and the last trip in each direction on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays during the summer season.
